• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been met.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on d3hp and are equally enforceable across all games and Sports Betting.

• Any winnings found to result from match-fixing or fraudulent betting will be voided.

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to place bets.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

You may request to close your d3hp account at any time. Likewise, d3hp reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded, except in cases where a terms violation has occurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

D3hp is an entertainment betting platform. Betting carries financial risk, and users are assumed to be fully aware of that risk.

• D3hp is not liable for any loss resulting from technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party failures.
• Funds lost on bets are non-refundable.
